Our firm was formed in 1994 by Carolyn and Tom Sawyer. Since then, Tom has become "of counsel" which means retired in his case. Our daughter, Cary L. Holman, now Cary L. Moss, joined the firm in 1998.

Our main office is located near the retirement community of Williamsburg near Sea World. We see clients primarily from South/south west Orlando as well as Kissimmee, St. Cloud.

We opened our second office in May of 2001. Carolyn and Cary alternate in the two offices. Our three paralegals are Nancy Nix, Cindy McKinley, and Mitzi Mulloy. Pam Perdue and Mary Ann Sawyer provide clerical and administrative support. Clients in this office come from Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Ocoee, Clermont and Apopka as well as other parts of Orlando.

We offer a very accessible, small and comfortable office environment. It is our goal to make clients feel that we are highly committed to their welfare.

The areas within elder law in which we practice include estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianship and probate.
