Personally Bobby Phillips Sr. is a nice man. Professionally, I am not happy with the service he provided. I spent $10,000 which may not seem like much but to me, it was a very large sum of money.. My friend and I received the same exact punishment. He had a public defender and he has an extensive criminal record. So I essentially threw $10,000 in the trash. Bobby sent a few emails and went to court one time. Once he was paid I feel he basically checked out. He did not fight for me. He gave me zero options. He told me I had no defense unless I paid him another $10,000 and took it to trial and then I could end up in prison. You live and learn.. my suggestion, get a public defender.
