- Office Hours. The firm's normal operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, for an urgent matter, an attorney may be able to meet with you during evening hours or on weekends.
- Fees. The firm will accept several varying fee arrangements. Fee arrangements range from contingency-fee cases, in which the firm does not charge a fee unless a recovery is made, to payment by the hour, to flat fees. The firm will strive to meet each particular client's needs with regard to the fee arrangement.
