POOR communication mediocre attorney who doesn't follow through....didn't send letters as promised...no follow through. They WONT return calls.

It seems the paralegal decides what messages and information, if any, your attorney is given. The people who might occasionally answer the phone are rude and unprofessional. Found out 6 months after the fact, that I had been reassigned to another attorney when mine retired.

this firm would not return my calls at all. until I called three times and said I would be in that same day because I needed answers to my denial letter from my hearing. this is a very stressful process and on top of that having to deal with paralegal that do not return my call. I was very stressed out and He is not going to help me with my appeal process. the attorney said that I would have to do it on my own.

Hired Attorney Dirk Stemerman

Did not act as my advocate, it retrospect I wish I never hired him, he really underserved me . It was as if he was working for the other side, did not even tackle the original reason I hired him, he told me to just sign , cut my losses, just sign the settlement docs and don't pursue it any further. I should have never listened to him
