Welcome to The Ryan Law Firm's Home Page. We practice employment law and help workers and employers achieve and maintain a legally healthy work place and enforce their legal rights.

Kimberlie K. Ryan founded The Ryan Law Firm, LLC in 1998 to provide solid client-focused legal counsel to clients.  Ms. Ryan, a successful federal litigator, brings additional problem-solving skills to her clients as a trained and certified mediator.  Ms. Ryan operates successfully in the arenas of litigation, negotiation, and mediation.

Winning 3 federal jury trials in just the past 18 months, this is a sampling of the excellent results we have achieved for our clients over the years, including:  a $300,000 jury verdict in a race discrimination case against The Sara Lee, Corp., a $3.175 million verdict in a sexual harassment/retaliation case against a major national car dealership; and a finding of "single employer" status against the car dealership.  We did not guarantee our clients in those cases results like these, and we cannot guarantee similar results in any case; no one can.

We are committed to the art and science of problem-solving.  By combining the power of high tech legal research tools with thorough legal analysis, The Ryan Law Firm offers clients the caliber of representation found in many large firms, without passing along the expensive "big firm" overhead costs.

We take particular pride in our ability to respond quickly to the ever-increasing technological advances to save our clients time and money, while accessing the most cutting-edge legal developments available.
