Roger D. Smith has twenty-five (25) years experience in handling appeals. He started his practice as the law clerk to Judge Jack L. Ogg of the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he worked on civil, criminal, family law and industrial appellate matters. In law school, Mr. Smith was a law review editor and a member of the National Moot Court.
In his 25 years of practice, Mr. Smith has handles a wide variety of civil appellate matters in the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. He similarly has handled special actions and superior court appeals. Additionally, Mr. Smith represents clients in family law and juvenile appellate matters. Many of Mr. Smith's appellate cases have been referred to him by other attorneys.
