Roger D. Smith has been in practice for twenty-five (25) years. He began his practice as a law clerk for Judge Jack L. Ogg of the Arizona Court of Appeals and is a former trial attorney for the United States Government. He has been a judge pro term for the Maricopa County Superior Court for more than ten (10) years. He is a member of both the Arizona and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Federal District Court Bars in Arizona, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
