Rodio & Brown, Ltd. was formed in 1994 by Stephen Rodio and Thomas Brown, graduates of George Washington University and Syracuse University respectively. Gardner ("Chip") Palmer became Of Counsel to the firm in 1995. Steve and Chip limit their practice to commercial and business litigation, personal injury and discrimination. Tom limits his practice to immigration law and employment and discrimination law.
