Robinson Law Firm is an AV-rated, minority woman owned firm located in Abilene, Texas.  The firm was founded on January 1, 1998 and is owned by Vianei Lopez Robinson.  Prior to founding the firm, Ms. Robinson practiced employment law and school law with Bracewell & Patterson, L.L.P. (Houston) from 1991 to 1994, and with the Wagstaff Law Firm (Abilene) from 1994 to 1998.  Robinson Law Firm is dedicated to representing employers in employment law matters.  We represent a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors.  Ms. Robinson is also a certified mediator, and mediates a small number of cases each year.

 

The majority of the firm's practice involves the defense of employment litigation matters.  In addition, our services include day-to-day advice on personnel issues, conducting training sessions with emphasis on legal issues that arise in the workplace, drafting and revising policy manuals and employee handbooks, and defending against administrative actions such as EEOC, TWC, NLRB, OFCCP and DOL investigations.
