Robert L. Wolf and Associates is not paid unless you are compensated. Mr. Wolf does not charge you for his time. His attorney fees are collected only if the case is won and if he has recovered money for you. Attorney fees are based on a beforehand agreed upon percentage. However, according to Oregon law, the client must pay any expenses incurred by the attorney such as copies, cost of filing, etc.
