Most fees are determined on an hourly rate of $175.00 and are dependent on attorney time. Some typical fees are:
Uncontested divorce: $700 + filing fees
Ch. 7 Bankruptcy: $1,000.00 + filing fees
Ch. 13 Bankruptcy: $1,500 + filing fees (with a portion of the fee payable through the Ch. 13 Plan)
Residential real estate closing: $450.00
Simple Will: $125.00
