MR. FERNANDEZ WAS SOLID IN HIS COUNSEL AND HE AND HIS TEAM PERFORMED ON MY BEHALF IN A PROFESSIONAL AND SATISFYING MANNER. IT WAS NOT EASY TO DEAL WITH ME, I'M SURE. BUT EVEN WITH MY CONSTANT INQUIRIES AND CONCERNS, I WAS ALWAYS REASSURED AND TREATED WITH RESPECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LAW OFFICE OF LAZARO E. FERNANDEZ, APC., AS THE ONE TO HANDLE A BANKRUPTCY. IT'S A TOUGH ROAD TO GO DOWN, BUT AT LEAST WITH A GOOD ATTORNEY YOU FEEL BETTER!!

Mr. Fernandez and his staff were excellent. It was an extremely stressful time for me as I had just completed a loan mod after 2 years, was laid off of a job of 15yrs and felt totally out of control. They had an understanding of what I was going through and helped every step of the way to make it as smooth as possible. I was in and out of court in no time at all. My BK was release in 3 months! I would HIGHLY recommend Lazaro Fernandez!

Lazaro E. Fernandez and staff are very professional and helpful in all aspects of the bankruptcy procedure. I originally filed Chapter 13 successfully with Mr. Fernandez then due to changes in my circumstances I filed for a Chapter 7 conversion. Mr. Fernandez and staff were perfect through both bankruptcy filings. Thank You. I realized how great a job they did and value I got when an acquaintance of mine mentioned how unhappy he was dealing with his his BK lawyer.

Lazaro was friendly, accommodating, thoroughly knowledgeable and endlessly patient with our many questions about Chapter 7 and 11. He has a complete understanding of bankruptcy law and explains your options in great detail. He knows the legal ramifications and strategies, the paperwork and procedures and guides you through the process step by step. He's patient, knowledgeable and excellent. I highly recommend Lazaro. Absolutely a Ph.D.-level attorney for a clean, successful bankruptcy.

The value for my money that I received was excellent because after I started my bankruptcy with Mr. Fernandez I began a mortgage modification and put the bankruptcy on hold. It took a year to get the modification approved. When I resumed the bankruptcy, Mr. Fernandez did not charge me any additional fees though in many ways we seemed to start the process all over again. Also, I appreciate that Mr. Fernandez took the time to speak to me himself the few times I felt that only he could help.

Laz and his staff do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, for the price they said they would do it at, which unfortunately is rare these days. On top of that, he and his staff put us at ease during an obviously very stressful period in our lives. Laz and his staff are the best.
