Alfrado Donelson joined Adams and Reese in 2007 and is a member of the firm's Banking and Finance Team and the Corporate Practice Team. He has consummated complex commercial transactions domestically, in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Earlier in his career, Alfrado was a Partner in a New York firm where he worked on sophisticated structured finance transactions. After 17 years of private practice, he went in house at General Electric where he held several General Counsel positions at various GE Capital businesses, ultimately becoming Vice President and General Counsel for GE Capital Solutions - Global Electronic Services, Inc. In that position he had a lead role in supervising, negotiating and structuring all major transactions. His other significant contributions include:

•Working as both a legal and business advisor in structuring and closing transactions of first impression involving parties in the Unites States and Asia.
•Representing leasing/financing parties in state-of-the-art equipment financing transactions.
•Experience in financing equipment in the United States and in jurisdictions in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Alfrado is a member of the 2009-2010 class of Leadership Greater Jackson, a program run by the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership to establish relationships among existing and emerging business leaders from varied segments of the community, to assist in solving community problems, to educate participants as to major community issues, and to develop and inspire leadership in solving community issues.

In the community, he sits on the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Museum of the Arts and serves as Vice President of Mississippi Children's Home Services (MCHS).

Alfrado has taken inspiration from three people: President Barack Obama, Warren Buffett and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Since being involved in athletics at Cornell University, Alfrado continues to enjoy sports as well as politics and stimulating conversation.

Anonymity
