Mr. Humphrey is an experienced trial lawyer. He also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution. He serves as a Rhode Island Superior Court mediator. Mr. Humphrey has been appointed by the Rhode Island Supreme Court to serve as a municipal arbitrator. In the past, he has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has also served on the panel of approved arbitrators for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Inc. He currently serves as an arbitrator for the Rhode Island Superior Court Arbitration Program.
Mr. Humphrey has received a number of appointments. He currently serves as a member of the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline. In 1994, he served on the Rhode Island Supreme Court Judicial Performance Evaluation Program. He also serves as the Town Solicitor for the Town of Little Compton, Rhode Island.
