As an Individual Professional the only person I need answer to is my client. My client is my only concern. The two major areas I work in are Family Law and Criminal Law and all of the facets of both, as a little knowledge from a non-profssional can be a dangerous thing.

I worked for the Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division in Amarillo and the Randall County Criminal District Attorney's Office in Canyon for about four years each, while spending the largest majority of my remaining years practicing law in private practice. My experience working on both sides of the aisle has given me a special view of the practice of law and the various facets. A case has been published in 96  S.W. 3d 333 where I got overturned a case terminating my clients parental rights.
