Allen, Kopet & Associates was founded in December 1995 as a small "boutique" firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee specializing in the defense of claims. Soon it became clear, based on business volume, that additional offices would be needed to effectively, and efficiently handle the growing client base. The Firm now represents clients in all counties throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, West Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Illinois. The Firm's experience in litigation coupled with the ability to handle matters on a large regional scale, makes it a strong, yet cost efficient advocate for each client.
