1.) As you come through the toll barrier at NYS Thruway Exit 23, you will see a sign for "Downtown Albany". Proceed straight ahead on I-787.

2.) Leave I-787 at Exit 4 (1.6 miles from the Thruway toll barrier). The exit is on your right.

3.) At the bottom of the exit ramp, stay in the left lane. At the first traffic light you will see a sign indicating that you are to take a left turn "To Route 20 Broadway". Take a left turn under the overpass.

4.) At the end of the underpass, there is a traffic light and a sign indicating that you are to take a right turn on to "Broadway North". Take the right turn and proceed North on Broadway.

5.) Stay to the right and proceed for 3 more traffic lights. At the third of these traffic lights on your right will be a large, block-long, marble building (the James T. Foley Federal Court House) and on your left will be a building with a green awning with the words "Broadway Arcade" in white letters. Turn left at this traffic light onto Pine Street (the street is name Maiden Lane on the right side of Broadway - next to the court house - but its name changes to Pine Street on the left side of Broadway).

6.) Proceed up Pine Street past the first traffic light (the intersection with North Pearl Street). Halfway up the next block, turn left into the brick parking garage.

7.) After you park you car, walk back out the same entrance to the parking garage and walk back down Pine Street to the intersection with North Pearl Street. Cross North Pearl Street and you have reached our offices at 39 North Pearl Street. There is a Dunkin' Donuts on the first floor. Our offices are on the second floor of the building.
