With respect to international transactions, his role was expanded to include issues concerning United States and foreign withholding taxes, banking permits, foreign currency exchange controls, foreign government permits and other foreign regulatory compliance. Some transactions have closed with subordinate levels of financing, in conjunction with the senior lender, from either the seller or an institution. Total fundings and commitments on transactions handled by Randy have exceeded, in the aggregate, over $2,000,000,000.
