In addition Mr. King represents clients in the organization and structure of corporations, partnerships and other businesses including shareholder agreements and annual meetings and filings. Representing lenders and other clients in commercial lending and corporate finance areas, such as stock acquisitions and asset purchases, as well as representing parties to construction loans, semi-permanent loans and long-term financing is also included in Mr. King's practice. Mr. King also advises clients on day-to-day business transactions, preparing and perfecting security interests, preparing sales and license agreements, distribution agreements, credit agreements, copyright and trademark applications, other intellectual property matters, employment agreements and advice on labor and other issues. Mr. King has been continuously listed in the Best Lawyers in America for both Construction Law and Commercial Litigation since 2007.
