The Law Offices of Paul A. Esquivel was started in 1998 by Paul A. Esquivel. Mr. Esquivel graduated from the University of London Masters in International Law Program and worked in the corporate world for a short time. He was raised by his immigrant grandmother who was an immigrant for over 60 years. He saw first hand how immigrant families were overlooked by the legal field and wanted to provide more affordable services at a high level. He was soon joined by Magdeline Esquivel who started her legal career in such prestigious offices as Baker & McKenzie & Hughes & Luce. Ms. Esquivel is now an immigration corporate counsel for corporate leader Wal-Mart, but her impact on our firm will never be forgotten. She helped Paul to create an atmosphere that tailored to poorer immigrant families but provided a high level of legal skill and attention. She helped create an employment immigration section that has developed into a cutting edge immigration service provider for small and medium sized business. Just recently this office has launched a "Employer Immigration Compliance Section" aimed at protecting the employer from non-compliance liability and educating their employees on Immigration Law issues. The Law Offices of Paul A. Esquivel has been fortunate to employ U.S. and Foreign attorneys from around the world who have brought a great deal of diversity and perspective to our offices and has enabled us to stay on the cutting edge in serving our corporate and family based clients in all immigration matters. Mr. Esquivel considers every employee, attorney and client a part of his very large family. After all, if it were not for his grandmother's experiences and suggestion to cater to the immigrants and those employers that help the hard working immigrant, Mr. Esquivel would have missed out on the joys of doing what he has come to love. Our office also concentrates on corporate clients with immigrant workers in many of the industrial, farming, trade and professional industries. We have a special program for corporate immigration compliance and have created one of the most advanced new corporate immigration compliance programs that can be tailored to all medium and small sized companies.
