Medical Malpractice - Confidential Settlement - Quadriplegia and Locked-In Syndrome resulting from anoxic brain injury caused by preventable cardiopulmonary arrest, untreated respiratory distress and improper resuscitation.

Medical Malpractice - Confidential Settlement. Brain damage and total disability resulting from negligently performed sinus surgery and aftercare, causing a brain abscess (a subdural empyema) necessitating brain surgery.

Musician injured on an escalator at a hotel when the hotel maintenance worker started the stopped escalator while she was attempting to walk up, throwing her down the stairs. This resulted in injuries to her hands, wrists and back, which made it virtually impossible for her to play her instruments.




    Sample of Cases In Progress


    Medical Malpractice - During administration of an epidural, patient arrested.  The doctor allegedly did not take steps to maintain brain perfusion.  Ultimately, it took twelve minutes to resuscitate her.  The patient suffered permanent brain injury and is currently in a persistent vegetative state. 

    Medical Malpractice - Patient went into the hospital for a parathyroidectomy.  The surgeon put a suture in his right carotid artery.  He came out of anesthesia with neurological symptoms that were allegedly missed or ignored and he was released.  He returned complaining of neurological symptoms that allegedly were not addressed again.  Several days later, he suffered catastrophic stroke.  He is currently completely disabled in a nursing home. 

    Medical Malpractice - Brain damage resulting in persistent vegetative state followed by death resulting from alleged failure of nurses to notify doctor of signs of arrest.  Patient's airway became blocked and hypoxia resulted in brain damage.

    Misfilled Prescription - Alleged incorrectly filled prescription for thyroid medicine resulted in congestive heart failure and other severe injuries.

    Medical Malpractice - Alleged wrongful death resulting from untimely diagnosis of stroke.
