Our firm concentrates in the prosecution and defense of negligence, wrongful death and medical malpractice actions. PAUL W. CUTRONE is a litigation attorney with 18 years experience. He has been admitted to practice in the N.Y.S. Courts since 1982. He has been admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts since 1983. His experience before opening his own firm in 1994 included the defense of doctors and hospitals while an associate at Furey, Furey, Gerver and McHenry, P.C., of Hemstead, New York. He has also defended construction accident claims, as well as general negligence actions. Mr. Cutrone holds a B.A. Degree from Columbia College (1978) amd a J.D. Degree from Hofstra School of Law (1981). Mr. Cutrone is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is presently President of the Blackstone Lawyers Club of Ridgewood. He is a chairperson of the Negligence Trials Committee of the Queens County Bar Association, and has been a lecturer at their continuing legal education seminars. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the N.Y.S. Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the N.Y.S. Bar Association and the Columbian Lawyers Association. Mr. Cutrone is active in community and civic affairs, including the Kiwanis Club and Little League. Most recently, Mr. Cutrone has been invited to become a member of the President's Council of the Supreme Court, Queens County, an organization which will advise and meet with the administrative judge of the court with respect to its operations. |
