Mr. Kelly concentrates his practice on defending individuals charged with criminal and traffic offenses as well as those who have suffered serious personal injuries.  The firm also serves as local counsel to small and medium sized businesses. The firm represents clients throughout the State of Maryland with a practice that primarily revolves around trial work in all courts.  Mr. Kelly has defended individuals charged with drug trafficing, robbery, manslaughter, murder, and various other offenses.  Mr. Kelly has devoted substantial time to teaching other attorneys criminal and traffic defense, trial tactics, evidence, and legal ethics.
