Family Law: In a general family practice, everything available in the Texas Family Code is encountered from juvenile defense to divorce, adoption, child support, visitation and all related matters involving the parent-child relationship including representing children and adults as guardian and attorney ad litem in cases involving the Texas Department of Human Services and Texas Attorney General. As a single custodial parent of two children, now ages 21 and 24, I have personal experience in understanding the needs and problems of a single parent. As a father I believe the father/child relationship is key to a child becoming a healthy and happy adult.
Probate: Probate familiarity includes drafting wills, trusts, probating estates, guardianships, mental commitments and related matters.
Real Estate: Real estate practice includes preparation of all description of contracts, documents, real estate instruments, property title examination, title opinions, foreclosure and collection for banking institutions, and landlord-tenant matters.
