FIRM OVERVIEW

We represent and defend individuals and businesses accused of crimes. For the most part, we defend the "little guy" or average citizen. Whether you are very poor or very wealthy, you are a "little guy" when the city, county, state and/or federal government prosecutors go after you.

The government has more money and more lawyers than you do. You may be able to afford a very good lawyer and a private investigator. Prosecutors have teams of lawyers, investigators and entire police forces to gather evidence against you. Any person or any business can be overwhelmed by government prosecutors.

Over the past 30 years, we have represented people from all walks of life. They include, but are not limited to, working men and women, businesses and businessmen, elected officials, lawyers, doctors, police officers, prosecuting attorneys, bar and restaurant owners and employees, public utilities, etc.

We use several private investigators. They have years of experience in all types of criminal cases.

FEES AND COSTS

We require a written retainer agreement in all our cases. This is a written contract and serves to protect clients and ensure there is no misunderstanding as to what and when a client pays for legal services.

We will provide legal services at an hourly rate or as a flat or fixed fee. In either case, we require that we be paid in advance.
