Firm Overview

Anthony Pantoni is a sole practitioner specializing in employment law, representing both employees and employers. Mr. Pantoni graduated with honors in 1981 from the University of Michigan Law School. He was formerly a partner with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. His last position with the firm was as the partner in charge of the San Diego office's labor and employment law practice. Mr. Pantoni has received an "A/V" rating, the highest rating given to attorneys by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

On the employee side, Mr. Pantoni represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of litigation matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower and breach of contract cases.  In addition, Mr. Pantoni advises executives and other employees in negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements.

Mr. Pantoni's management-side practice centers on the defense of employment lawsuits and administrative actions.  He also provides day-to-day preventative advice to employers, including advice regarding personnel policies and practices, employment contracts, proprietary information agreements, severance agreements, and the counseling and termination of employees.

Mr. Pantoni has successfully litigated cases through jury verdict on behalf of both employees and employers. He has spoken frequently at seminars and training sessions on numerous employment-related topics. He has also acted as a mediator and as an arbitrator to resolve employment disputes.
