Hired Attorney William R. Garrett

Mr. Garrett represented me in a Landlord/Tenant issue. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable regarding the law. He was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in the same manor with a high degree of client satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him.

Hired Law Firm

We met with attorney Bill Garrett at Hanna and Van Atta on July 23, 2025. We consulted with him about filing a lawsuit against our realtor and the previous owners of the home we had just purchased, and paid him a $10,000 retainer. He initially promised to send a demand letter after review of our collateral data. We submitted the requested data to Bill and his team on October 3, 2025. Bill confirmed that he received the data via email and would review it promptly. Months went by without communication from Bill. On January 27, 2026, we sent Bill another email containing additional collateral data. Nearly another month went by without communication from Bill. We sent a follow-up email on February 3, 2026, to which he finally replied the following day, indicating that he would prepare the demand letters by the end of the week. Two weeks went by without communication from Bill. We contacted him again via email on February 19, March 3, March 4, March 9, and March 18, 2026, requesting that th
