Mr. O'Mara has been practicing in the areas of Criminal Defense and Family Law since leaving the State Attorneys' Office in 1984. He has been lead counsel in numerous Capital cases and practices on both the State and Federal levels. He has also handled many complex divorce cases, including the representation of lawyers, doctors, police officers and other professionals.

Paralegal Kelly Eubanks has been with the firm for nine years and handles office management, file control and the computerization of the office.
