The members of Zieman, Speegle, Jackson & Hoffman, L.L.C. formed the firm in August of 1994 for the general practice of law. All of the members previously practiced together at another Mobile law firm.

While our experience was derived in a sophisticated "large firm" setting, our clients find the amount of personal attention that senior attorneys can devote to their affairs is increased in the environment of our new firm. We believe that this arrangement assists us in efficiently rendering legal services resulting in a more cost-effective and valuable service to our clients.

As members of the community, we are committed to service to our community. Members of the firm serve on charitable foundation boards and assist in a number of civic activities.

Our work is primarily composed of civil litigation/insurance defense matters and a relatively sophisticated and large business practice. Our business clients include financial institutions and other entities. About half of our litigation practice is business-related disputes and the other half is insurance defense matters.

Our firm is accorded the "AV" (highest) rating by the Martindale-Hubbell directory.
