The O'Hagan Law Firm was established by attorney Michael Moore O'Hagan in 1997, and was first located at 737 Market Street in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2000, Mr. O'Hagan, a Sequatchie Valley native, relocated the practice 25 miles to the west to scenic and beautiful South Pittsburg, Tennessee, just minutes from the Alabama and Georgia state lines. He thereafter purchased a 6,000 square feet building for the expanding law practice and for Rule 31 mediation services.
Centrally located at 305 Elm Avenue, the O'Hagan Law Firm has expertise in serving both individual and commercial clients in several areas of legal practice (see firm overview for specific areas). The firm is dedicated to the empowerment of people and business under the motto "Rights Make Might."
Attorney Michael M. O'Hagan is additionally fluent in conversational Spanish and has competent translation assistance available whenever need arises. He offers Spanish-speaking clients the same degree of personal attention and dedication as all clients, serving Hispanic clients from Michigan to Florida.
In addition to the main telephone number (423) 837-6700, the firm maintains a toll-free number [1-888-465-4344] so that clients residing outside the local calling area may maintain quick and easy access day or night.
Michael M. O'Hagan founded the firm in 1997, as a law firm in which he could vigorously pursue the practice of law while being able to enjoy being a lawyer. He realized that many of his former law school classmates and present colleagues were unhappy with the career they had chosen. Upon this realization, Mr. O'Hagan has worked hard to make the law firm a place where the practice of law is rewarding for all involved, especially the client. The firm made a major step forward in 2000, with Mr. O'Hagan's specialized family mediation training and qualification as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed mediator, and with the addition to the firm of Ms. Joyce Brophy, a Marion County native, as legal assistant. The firm is dedicated to the personal and human area of the law in helping injured people, whether injured physically through automobile collisions or on-the-job accidents, or injured emotionally through family crisis involving divorce or child custody matters. Our history is one of continued achievement in striving to serve our clients in the best possible way. Come and visit us in the distinctive red brick building we occupy in the downtown area immediately next door to the United States Post Office, 305 Elm Avenue, South Pittsburg, TN 37380. |
