Daniel E. Clement has practiced law since 1986, primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and of the State University of New York at Albany. He is an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York.  He has lectured on the subject of Family law and has been interviewed on radio, televsion and quoted in various newspapers.
