PERSONAL INJURY
Injury from car accident, slip and fall, falling objects and property owner neglegence are all handled by our office. There is no attorney fee charged for personal injury cases unless a recovery is obtained for the client. Client's are responsible for the costs outlayed by the attorney in preparing the case.
MATRIMONIAL & DIVORCE
In Westchester County a divorce can be quickly granted by the court in certain circumstances. When our attorneys handle a divorce action we are always concerned of the financial implications for the client and how the proceedings will impact the children.
