We encourage frequent communication with our clients by telephone, Email and in person, and our hours are highly flexible to suit your needs. We are available by appointment on weekdays, weekends, evenings and on holidays. Very often the exchange of information between client and attorney can be accomplished by telephone, fax or Email, and we encourage these alternate forms of communication. We always do our best to meet and exceed your expectations.
FEES
Specific rates or fee structures will be discussed at your initial consultation. Some cases are handled on a contingency basis, while others are taken on a hourly or flat-fee arrangement. The nature of the services to be rendered and the complexity of the matter is evaluated by DAVID STONE & ASSOCIATES before a fee or fee structure is quoted. Payment of legal fees can be made by cash, check, or by VISA or MASTERCARD. Frequent flyer mileage, travel awards, and other benefits can be provided where the credit card issuer allows for the accrual of such benefits.
PRO-BONO REPRESENTATION
DAVID STONE & ASSOCIATES strongly believes in advancing the public good and helping those who are in need of legal services. We do our part to help such clients by accepting select cases at no charge or at reduced rates. The undertaking of such cases are dependant upon the availability of attorney time and the legal issues presented. Only cases where a substantial injustice may result or the public good is at issue will be considered for pro-bono representation.
