David Braiterman is a well known leader and speaker on family law issues. David serves on many Bench/Bar committees evaluating the way family law cases are handled by the courts. These include chairing the Family Law section of the New Hampshire Bar Association for six years and serving on the Court Improvement Project since 1998.

He is a frequent speaker to both lawyers and the public on family law issues.

David conducts professional education programs for his peers in the legal profession in the areas of family law, Guardian ad Litem practice, domestic relations orders and more. His public speaking includes stints on local radio including The Exchange on New Hampshire Public Radio and Party Line on WKXL.

David has been a certified Guardian ad Litem since 1988 and is a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children.
