Swartz Culleton PC is a law firm with an office in Newtown, PA. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing medical malpractice, workers compensation, long term disability insurance and 8 other areas of law.
While I hope nobody ever has to go through anything that’s needs a lawyer I must say I am please to have had Bryan Ferris on my side working. Whenever we had chats he never rushed them and explained everything in extreme detail. And while I’m sure I was a pest sometimes as the system moves slow they never made me feel that way. I appreciate everything this office did for me!!

I only have wonderful things to say about this firm which started with Brandon and ended with Maria McGinty- Ferris, who were a great team on both parts of my settlement. I thank god I was able to be represented my a firm that was meticulous and even aggresive in making sure I was covered completely.

I was not getting compensated for things that the doctor prescribed for workmen's comp related injury. They kept playing games and changing people that were responsible for my claim and Swartz Cullerton helped me get what I deserved.
Stay away. They avoid you right after you agree to sign their paper work for 40%. You will never get an update unless you contact them and in the end, they take more than half your settlement. This firm caused me just as much stress as the accident I was in. I've never written a review before but felt I needed to warn others to stay away from this one.
The most unprofessional company. You won’t get anywhere with them. Countless unorganized phone calls. He’s uninterested and uncaring. Go elsewhere.
