Nick E. Yocca is a retired founding partner of Stradling.

Mr. Yocca's practice focused on corporate and securities law matters and he has extensive experience in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, andlicensing and cooperative arrangements, as well as in general corporate representation and organization.

Mr. Yocca received his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Yocca was an instructor at Michigan Law School in 1958-59, and served as vice president and general counsel of Oceaneering International from 1975-1980.

Mr. Yocca received the Jurisprudence Award from the Anti-Defamation League in 1998. In addition, he served as a director of the Orange County Business Council and as a member of the National Legal Committee of the American Electronics Association.
