His articles include "Minimizing Divorce's Impact On a Family Owned Business", Family Business Magazine, Spring 2011; and "Protecting Business Assets Using a Prenuptial Agreement, " Journal of Asset Protection, Vol. 1 Number 3, Jan/Feb 1966 (Warren, Gorham & Lamont). Mr. Heller speaks at conferences to attorneys, accountants and financial advisors on current legal issues in matrimonial law.
