Our BackgroundIn 1975 our practice was founded by Richard P. Neimark, the son of noted personal injury lawyer Milton Neimark. Both attorneys had planned to practice law together, but Milton's unfortunate passing prevented them from having the opportunity. Now a third generation, Richard's son Marshall Adam Neimark, has followed in his father and grandfather's footsteps by going into personal injury law.
