Established in 1961 by Frances "Banny" Jones and Hubert E. Long, Nicholson, Davis, Frawley, Anderson and Ayer, LLC has grown to eight attorneys offering a wide range of legal services, including real estate, civil litigation, municipal and government law, health law, estate planning, utility law, tax, and probate administration. All members of the firm participate in local church, civic, and community organizations. Robert K. Bouknight serves as Of Counsel to the firm of which he has formerly been senior partner.
