Solo practice began in 1988 after ten years at Israel, Raley & Cohen Chartered. Firm practices both nationally (Government Contracts and Federal Security Clearance Law only) and locally, in DC & MD (primarily Employment Law, Contract Law, Small Business Law, Civil and Appellate Litigation).
