Marc graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1974 and was selected to clerk for a Federal District Court Judge for a year and then entered private law practice in Tacoma, Washington in June of 1976. In partnership for a number of years, Marc has practiced as a sole practioner since 1993. His former partners were appointed to the State of Washington Pierce County Superior Court bench.

Marc has enjoyed the respect of other lawyers in the community, having been elected President of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association as well as being elected the first President of the Family Law Section. Marc enjoys an "AV" rating which is the highest legal and ethical rating afforded lawyers by Martindale Hubbell. See Links page for more Rating Information.

Marc's practice now emphasizes family law, which is a general category encompassing marital rights, marriage dissolution, legal separation, parenting plans, child support, modificiations and paternity.

He is also is selected to serve as a judge, arbitrator and mediator in family law and other types of disputes.

Marc handles other types of cases for his clients including real estate, business, contracts, injuries, wills, probate and other types of legal matters.
