The Law Offices of Morris Harvey opened in 1985 for the purpose of providing competent and professional representation to the residents of Southeastern Illinois across the broad range of civil litigation. Mr. Harvey began the practice of law in April, 1975 and has, since that time, limited his practice to litigation matters in state and federal trial courts of the first, second and fourth judicial circuits of Illinois as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. In addition, the office has an extensive practice in the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts in the areas of oil and gas, negligence and personal injury, including product liability, as well as domestic relations. The office's professional objective is to continue to provide quality legal representation to the people of Southeastern Illinois.
