In the area of criminal law, the Firm's emphasis is on white collar crime defense, an area where the attorneys have represented numerous individuals accused in both State and Federal Courts at the investigation, trial and appellate levels. The Firm also handles DUI vehicular homicide and DUI manslaughter, as well as drug, state theft and violent crimes defense.In the area of civil law the Firm's emphasis is on commercial, personal injury, medical malpractice and tax litigation. Whenever possible, the Firm operates utilizing a team concept with both attorneys and at least one paralegal working on every case, with each team member assigned specific responsibilities.
