• Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Miami office)

• Mr. Shane is in the Ft. Lauderdale office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00pm to 5:00.

• All clients and prospective clients are requested to make an appointment to see Mr. Shane. Clients that "drop-in" without an appointment may not be served.

• The firm accepts all major credit cards, checks or cash for payment of attorney's fees.

• Mr. Shane has deliberately maintained his firm at its present staffing levels (Mr. Shane, one attorney associate,two paralegals and a receptionist). The firm is easier to manage at that size. The firm has had offers to merge with others over the years, but Mr. Shane's desire to personally maintain quality control over all the cases in his office has led to a rejection of offers to merge.
