The Law Offices of Michael Shane, P. A. has been specializing in Immigration and Nationality Law for over 22 years. The firm is managed by Michael Shane, a Florida Board Certified specialist in Immigration Law. In addition to Mr. Shane, there is one associate attorney and two full time paralegals. The paralegals have over 27 years combined experience. The firm prides itself in giving first class, professional service to all it's clients. Mr. Shane elected years ago to keep the firm small, and thus manageable by himself, rather than expanding into a larger, more impersonal law firm.
Mr Shane takes great pride in the results that have been obtained for clients over the years. Whether the case involves a foreign worker's corporate transfer to a branch office in the United States, or an H-1B petition, or a family-based immigration case, Mr. Shane and his staff offer "old fashioned" personal service to all of it's client's, whether major corporations, or individuals. In short, the firm represents a broad cross-section of clients, including major multi-national corporations, as well as individual clients with immigration problems.
The firm has recently moved the main office to larger, state-of-the-art offices at 9100 South Dadeland Blvd, Penthouse 2, Suite 1810, Miami, Florida 33156. After being in downtown Miami at the same location for 25 years, Mr. Shane believes this move will enhance the firm's practice of immigration law, and will make the firm more accessible to a greater variety of clients. The new phone number is (305) 671-8777. The new fax number is (305) 671-2278.
Mr. Shane has authored many articles on immigration law for The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education seminars held annually. In addition, Mr. Shane is a featured author of a column in Caribbean Today, a widely circulated newspaper focusing on issues important to the Caribbean community living in the United States.
Mr. Shane can be heard on the radio doing his twice weekly show, "Immigration Matters", on Tuesday at 10:00pm and Thursday at 7:00pm, EST. The show can be heard on the web at www.wavs1170.com or on am radio at 1170, in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. |
