|Additional Bio Details||Mr. Mullick focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has litigated numerous contractual disputes, real estate related actions, business torts, insurance and reinsurance actions, construction industry actions and suits involving application of foreign law. His bankruptcy experience includes representing trustees and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases, and defendants in adversary proceedings. He frequently appears in both state and federal courts, and has significant arbitration experience. He has represented banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, investors, foreign governments and entities, as well as individuals.|
Originally from New York, Mr. Mullick received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University, and his J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the bars of the states of Florida, New York and New Jersey; and he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He practiced law in New York and New Jersey for several years before moving to Florida.
Mr. Mullick has been selected to Florida Rising Stars by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Mullick is on the Board of Directors and is very active as Executive Director of Sunil’s Home Orphanage, a Miami-based 501(c)(3) charity that helps orphans in India. He is also on the Board of Directors of Miami-Dade County Asian American Advisory Board.
