Ms. Lundeen Soto began her legal career in 2002 and has tried nearly 50 cases, including both bench and jury trials. Ms. Lundeen Soto began her career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County Prosecutor’s Office and was promoted to Division Chief in the Juvenile Division where she supervised 25 litigation attorneys. Her accomplishments included restructuring the handling and supervision of juvenile sex offender and mental health cases.

From 2006 to 2010, Ms. Lundeen Soto was staff counsel with a major insurance carrier where she later earned the position of Lead Counsel for both the Miami and Fort Myers offices. As Lead Counsel, she tried and supervised personal injury defense, insurance, property and casualty, and fraud cases.

Notable Verdicts and Trial Experience:




Defended case where plaintiff sustained serious injuries from t-bone accident where defendant was traveling down wrong side of a one-way street. Plaintiff was air-lifted with multiple injuries. Plaintiff refused to settle case for less than $1 Million and obtained verdict of only $224,000, considered to be a defense verdict.




Tried a premises liability case for permanent injuries sustained by homeowner in severe dog bite incident. Homeowner was mauled by Belgian Malinois leaving his index finger permanently shortened and resulting in serious injuries about his arms, chest, and neck. Obtained no liability defense verdict with fees and costs.
