Juan focuses his practice on commercial, construction and real estate litigation. He has extensive experience handling a wide array of real estate disputes including commercial foreclosures, title disputes, commercial leases and receiverships. Juan is a frequent author and lecturer in the areas of real estate foreclosures, title litigation and the Uniform Commercial Code. He has also been published in the area of enforcement of judgments rendered by tribunals in foreign countries.
