Personal: Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Otto was a shareholder in the firm of Goulding & Shill, P.C. practicing tax, business, estate planning and labor and employment law. Otto is married to JoAnna and has five children. He enjoys flying, aircraft construction, computers and bicycling.
