The Firm was founded in 1997 by David M. Mellina and Jack E. Larson. Prior to establishing the Firm, David M. Mellina and Jack E. Larson were both Directors in the Real Estate and Commercial Law Section of the Fort Worth law firm of Kelly, Hart & Hallman, P.C. The Firm represents public and closely held companies and individuals in the areas of real estate, general business and commercial transactions, construction, banking and finance.
